Below is the typical ordering process.

You can send us an email with information on the amount of figures as well as the standard you want them painted to. Let us know any other important information such as specific requirements or if you need them based. You can include this information in with the figures when you send them to us.

Then if you wish us to purchase the castings on your behalf we will send an invoice for the castings including postage. Once payment is made we will order the figures.

When your figures arrive we will email you to confirm. There will be a turnaround time of roughly 8 - 12 weeks. This can be shorter or longer depending on our schedule.

When the figures have been painted and/or based we will email photos with an invoice. Then if you're happy you can make payment. Once varnished we will dispatch your figures via tracked and signed delivery.
